১. সেবার বিবরণ | Service Description
বাংলা: DR PAY BD একটি API ও অটোমেশনভিত্তিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম। ব্যবহারকারীরা নির্ধারিত প্ল্যান কিনে API অ্যাক্সেস এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সুবিধা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। API-এর মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা নিজেদের সিস্টেমে সমর্থিত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা এবং প্রাপ্ত ফলাফল যাচাই করতে পারবেন।
English: DR PAY BD is an API and automation-based platform. Users can purchase available plans to access APIs and related features. Through the API, users can integrate supported functions into their own systems and verify the results returned by the system.
২. বৈধ ব্যবহার | Acceptable Use
বাংলা: DR PAY BD-এর API বা অটোমেশন সেবা কোনো অবৈধ, প্রতারণামূলক, ক্ষতিকর বা আইনবিরোধী কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। জালিয়াতি, অনুমতিবিহীন কার্যক্রম, অন্যের তথ্যের অপব্যবহার এবং নিষিদ্ধ সেবা পরিচালনা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
English: DR PAY BD's API and automation services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities. Fraud, unauthorized operations, misuse of others' information, and prohibited services are strictly forbidden.
৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিরাপত্তা | Account & Security
বাংলা: ব্যবহারকারীরা নিজেদের অ্যাকাউন্ট, লগইন তথ্য, API Key এবং অন্যান্য গোপনীয় তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার জন্য দায়ী। অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্ট বা API Key ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। কোনো নিরাপত্তাজনিত সমস্যা দেখা দিলে দ্রুত সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
English: Users are responsible for protecting their accounts, login credentials, API keys, and other confidential information. Using another person's account or API key without authorization is prohibited. Any security issue should be reported to support promptly.
৪. প্ল্যান, মূল্য ও মেয়াদ | Plans, Pricing & Validity
বাংলা: প্রতিটি প্ল্যানের মূল্য, সুবিধা, API সীমা এবং মেয়াদ প্ল্যানের বিবরণ অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে। প্ল্যান কেনার আগে ব্যবহারকারীদের সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য যাচাই করতে হবে। প্ল্যানের মেয়াদ শেষ হলে বা নির্ধারিত সীমা অতিক্রম করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা সীমিত বা বন্ধ হতে পারে।
English: The price, features, API limits, and validity of each plan are determined by its published description. Users must review the relevant details before purchasing a plan. Services may be restricted or discontinued when a plan expires or its specified limits are exceeded.
৫. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড | Payment & Refund
বাংলা: প্ল্যান কেনার সময় সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। সফল পেমেন্টের পরেও কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত কারণে প্ল্যান সক্রিয় না হলে সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে প্রকাশিত রিফান্ড নীতি এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুসরণ করা হবে। কোনো বৈধ রিফান্ডের অধিকার থাকলে তা এই শর্তাবলির মাধ্যমে বাতিল করা হবে না।
English: Accurate payment information must be provided when purchasing a plan. If a plan is not activated after a successful payment due to a technical issue, users should contact support. Refunds will be handled according to the published refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any legally applicable refund rights.
৬. API ব্যবহার ও সীমাবদ্ধতা | API Usage & Limitations
বাংলা: API ব্যবহার করার সময় নির্ধারিত রেট লিমিট, ব্যবহারসীমা এবং প্রযুক্তিগত নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে হবে। API-এর ত্রুটি, ভুল ইনপুট, নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সিস্টেমের কারণে ফলাফল বিলম্বিত বা ব্যর্থ হতে পারে।
English: Users must follow the applicable API rate limits, usage quotas, and technical instructions. API results may be delayed or unsuccessful due to errors, incorrect inputs, network issues, or third-party system failures.
৭. সেবা স্থগিত বা বন্ধ | Suspension or Termination
বাংলা: শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন, নিরাপত্তাঝুঁকি, প্রতারণার যুক্তিসংগত সন্দেহ বা আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা দেখা দিলে DR PAY BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী তদন্ত, API অ্যাক্সেস সীমিত বা স্থগিত এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করার ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে। আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা হতে পারে।
English: In cases of violations, security risks, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or legal obligations, DR PAY BD may investigate, restrict or suspend API access, or terminate an account as appropriate. Relevant authorities may be notified where legally required.
৮. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা | Service Availability
বাংলা: আমরা সেবা সচল ও নির্ভরযোগ্য রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সাময়িকভাবে সেবা ব্যাহত হতে পারে। সব সময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সেবা পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।
